Hey, wait a minute! These pool pockets still do not accept all perfectly executed shots. What’s up with that? No… it couldn’t be that you… no, noone would do that… it is unthinkable… how could a business totally, completely ignore customer service… after having a “free Leap Day” to get it fixed. I would have never imagined that after many, many, many months of doing nothing to fix your defective game, you’d miss an opportunity to make it right.
This has caught me completely by surprise. Wow! Stunner! So sad!
